Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. What you'll do Owns the near term delivery and optimisation of emerging partner initiatives, turning strategy into measurable commercial and CX outcomes Define and lead the future roadmap and execution of strategic initiatives, managing complex timelines, interdependencies, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams, functions and partner organisations to drive value growth aligned with strategic goals. Lead the exploration and development of new partnership opportunities, gathering insights and working cross-functionally to unlock new growth opportunities Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless partner integration across product, marketing, and operational teams, delivering both commercial and strategic outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with emerging partner working and senior stakeholders, ensuring performance delivery and alignment with long-term strategic goals. Who you are Proven track record of delivering commercial value through strategic partnerships in fast-paced dynamic industries Experience in partnership management, ideally within telecoms or a closely related industry. Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with external partners. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, influencing at senior levels Demonstrated capability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across functions, business units and external organisations.
