Job Description
Location and Working Conditions

Location: London or Newbury (Hybrid)

Salary: Excellent basic salary, bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Hybrid Working: Employees can work from office or home; flexible pattern of 2-3 days in office per week, minimum 8 days per month.

What you'll do

This key role supports the delivery of our network ambition, enabling RAN site upgrades and new deployments.

  • Lead acquisition and planning phases for RAN site delivery, ensuring alignment to programme objectives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Deployment Managers, regional teams and partners to deliver sites on time, to specification and within budget.
  • Provide expert guidance on acquisition and planning challenges, resolving complex issues and enabling efficient site progression.
  • Ensure all sites are acquired and designed in line with company standards, planning policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage acquisition risks, including landlord negotiations, ECC considerations and portfolio agreements.
  • Maintain compliance with planning policies, statutory consultees and regulatory obligations throughout the acquisition and planning lifecycle.
  • Maintain governance around Health & Safety, ensuring partners operate in line with corporate policies and legal requirements.
Who you are

Experienced delivery professional with strong knowledge of RAN site acquisition and planning, able to navigate complexity and influence stakeholders.

  • Proven experience within RAN deployment programmes, managing suppliers, contracts and site portfolios.
  • Strong technical knowledge of site acquisition, planning processes and design principles.
  • Experience managing acquisition risks and navigating regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure commercially viable, robust solutions.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to collaborate across teams, senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision making capability with a proactive, solutions focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, aligning teams and driving delivery across a matrix organisation.
