  • Salary: Basic starts at £20,229 plus average trip pay of £5,000, variable payments and subsistence allowances (based on 48 trips per year)

Requirements
  • Right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
  • No live or unspent criminal convictions or pending cases
  • Ability to swim 25 metres unaided and board a raft from the water using a rope ladder without help
  • At least 18 months of customer service experience at the time of application
  • Minimum of three GCSE (A -C or 9-4) or equivalent
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
Assessment Tests
  • Reach up to 210 cm without shoes, with both arms extended standing on tiptoes if needed (overhead locker height)
  • Adopt the brace position in a 45 cm high seat with feet flat on the floor (without shoes) and secure harness without an extension seatbelt

Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety, security, and operational excellence onboard
  • Work as part of a team alongside experienced cabin crew, bringing unique personality and flair to everything you do
  • Prioritise customers' happiness, health, and needs; reassure nervous flyers and provide special or medical assistance as required
Training
  • Initial in person course at the head office (five weeks long, covering safety, security, safety equipment, aviation medicine, and service)
  • Seven online prep modules, each lasting about one hour, to provide a solid foundation before practical training
  • Daily tests, exams, and a final assessment conclude the programme (Wings ceremony)
