Your Responsibilities:

As a VP of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute a long-term vision for the Professional Services organization aligned with company goals.
  • Define and implement scalable service models to support customer success and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align PS initiatives with overall corporate strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of directors overseeing implementation, consulting, and training services across multiple regions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Focus on growing people, retaining talents, and fostering engagement within our Professional Services teams, in close collaboration with our HRBP.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure and improve service delivery.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring professional services contribute to customer success and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize service offerings, facilitate cross-departments problem solving, and drive customer value.
  • Support expansion efforts through the development of new service offerings and revenue streams.
  • Own the Professional Services P&L, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Optimize pricing models and service contracts to drive revenue growth and margin improvements.


️ What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, managing multi-layered teams including directors and senior managers. Experience from leading customer facing teams in the software industry.
  • Languages: English C1 or higher
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial skills with experience managing P&L and revenue forecasting. Proven track record of scaling teams in a high-growth environment
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels. Skills to navigate cultural differences and foster collaboration in a global environment
