About the Role

We're looking for a VP of Operations to lead the backbone of a globally distributed, high-tech infrastructure supporting a mission-critical industry. You'll be responsible for deploying, scaling, and managing a complex network of industrial sites and technical systems across multiple countries.

This is a leadership role where operational performance directly impacts global service delivery. You'll report to the CTO and collaborate closely with engineering and mission teams to ensure systems are robust, secure, and ready to meet tomorrow's challenges.

What You'll Do

• Lead the global rollout and operation of sensor and radar sites - from logistics and deployment to uptime and performance.
• Build and manage international teams covering field operations, maintenance, logistics, site management, and spectrum oversight.
• Make sure all systems hit high standards for reliability, security, and data quality - and keep improving them.
• Oversee the flow of operational data to internal and external users, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Streamline and scale operations by introducing new tools, systems, and processes.
• Solve tough challenges around logistics, customs, and site setup - working closely with legal, procurement, and finance.
• Feed real-world operational feedback into engineering and R&D to shape smarter, more resilient systems.

What You'll Bring

• 12+ years leading complex operations across sectors like aerospace, defense, energy, telecom, or industrial systems.
• Experience building and scaling international infrastructure in high-growth, high-reliability environments.
• Strong leadership background - able to lead field teams and technical ops with clarity and energy.
• Deep understanding of operational frameworks (ISO, ITIL, MIL-STD, or similar).
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset - you're just as comfortable digging into problems as you are building long-term strategy.
• Experience with site deployment, remote asset management, and global logistics is a big plus.
• Fluent in English (French is a bonus).
