Are you a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for an exciting role in the Kent area?

We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team, bringing your skills, charisma, and dedication to patient care in our consulting room and theatres. You will be supported by our experienced management team, alongside our Vet, RVN & Support Teams.

We support your area of expertise and are willing to invest in any equipment needed to ensure the highest standards of care. Our independent group includes many certificate-holding vets with interests in Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Exotics, Oncology, and more, who support and guide case discussions.

If you seek clinical progression, we aim to facilitate this. As a Vet-Led group, our founders are passionate about creating opportunities for our team vets. We offer enhanced CPD packages, certificate funding, and are committed to maintaining high standards of care, supported by zero finance plans for difficult consultation conversations.

This is a Full-Time position with a 4-day workweek and a small share on the Saturday rota, emphasizing work/life balance.
