Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)

An independent, family-owned veterinary group is seeking a passionate and dynamic Veterinary Surgeon to join its purpose built clinic in Stockton-on-Tees. The successful candidate will become part of a busy and growing practice that prioritises exceptional patient care and client experience. The clinic forms part of a rapidly expanding network of independent practices, dedicated to providing the kind of care pets would choose themselves.

The Practice

The modern, well equipped clinic offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment facilities, including:

• Digital dental X-ray
• Digital radiography
• Extensive in house laboratory diagnostics
• Ultrasound
• Blood pressure monitoring

The Veterinary Surgeon will work alongside an experienced and supportive team comprising veterinary surgeons, five Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), two Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs), and four front of house Care Coordinators.

The Role

• 4 days per week (08:30am - 7:00pm)
• A balanced mix of consulting and surgical/theatre time
• 15 minute consultations
• Dedicated daily administration time built into the schedule
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (08:30am - 1:00pm), with frequency adjusted as the clinic continues to grow
• No out of hours (OOH) commitments
