  • Generous Benefits: Starting salary of £35,000 for new graduates (based on a 5 weekday week / 42 hours); overtime paid at £35/hour; standard CPD allowance of £2,000 and 5 days off each year; 6 weeks of annual leave, with an additional day for each year of service; 1 paid volunteering day per year; enhanced sickness pay and maternity pay; private medical insurance and health cash plan membership; workplace pension (NEST); cost price own pet treatment; BSAVA or BVA subscription paid; RCVS retention fee, VDS cover paid; visa sponsorship; career breaks, sabbaticals, and unpaid leave available.
