We're looking for a passionate, client-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join this fantastic team in Bristol. Whether you're an experienced GP with a surgical interest or a cert holder ready for your next challenge, you'll thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking environment with room to grow.

Led by the Head Vet, the team includes 5 Vets, 6 RVNs, and a dedicated Client Experience Team. They pride themselves on providing a calm, compassionate space for both pets and people. The light, spacious surgery is equipped with modern tools to support your best work.

The Role:
You'll play a vital role in delivering clinical excellence, treating a variety of cases, and promoting pet wellbeing. You'll also benefit from a healthy mix of consulting and surgical work across the week.

Your Working Week:
• 4 days a week (39 hours), with one consistent weekday off
• Shift times: 8:00-17:30, 9:30-19:00, or 10:30-20:00
• 1 in 4 weekends
• One protected admin hour per day

What We're Looking For:
• A Vet with 3+ years of GP experience and a surgical bias
• Or a surgical certificate holder
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
• A true team player who enjoys working collaboratively
