Demonstrable experience in the lift industry.

Experienced engineer with Mechanical/Electrical skills related to Lifts and Escalators.

IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude who actively engages with colleagues and has a proactive approach to change and self-development.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Criteria & potential other duties:

BTEC HNC Mechanical or Electrical, or higher qualification.

A recognised Mechanical/Electrical qualification (NVQ 3 / 4 or equivalent) is highly advantageous.

Ability to produce client reports with recommendations and solutions.

Ability to produce technical and performance specifications.

Project management experience of refurbishment and new installations.

Quality auditing experience of existing installations for maintenance reporting.

Knowledge of model forms of contract (e.g., MF1, JCT, or NEC).

Awareness of Principal designer duties.

Commercial experience.

Client account management experience-liaising with contractors to ensure delivery of contracted services.

Ability to prepare fee proposals, invoicing, and credit control for projects and service client responsibilities.

Seeking and generating new clients and projects.
