Salary: £120,000- £200,000

PQE Level: Partner

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full Time

Our longstanding client, a high-quality City law firm, is looking to recruit an additional venture capital partner into their small but powerful team. The role is well suited to an ambitious senior associate with 8+ PQE who has built up a client following and is looking to develop this into a full practice alongside servicing and developing the firms existing client base. The successful candidate will be E&W qualified and will be working for a City or West End law firm.

• Develop and lead a venture capital practice within a City/West End law firm environment.
• Service and grow the firm's existing client base while attracting new clients, with the aim of building a standalone practice.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to venture capital clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to contribute to practice management and business development initiatives.

• England & Wales qualified (E&W).
• 8+ years PQE with a track record of building client following in venture capital or related corporate practice.
• Experience in developing and managing client relationships and a clear pathway to partnership.
