Venture Capital Legal Lead - Hybrid

Northern Gritstone is hiring its first Head of Legal to build and lead the in-house function from the ground up. Based in Manchester/Leeds, this hybrid role reports to the CFO and will shape legal strategy for early-stage investments, manage external counsel on big transactions, and drive corporate governance and risk management.

You'll work closely with the investment team and senior leadership to deploy capital efficiently while creating scalable templates, precedents and processes for
