Vendor & Contract Manager - OTT Platform Implementation
12-Month Fixed Term Contract London / Hybrid
An exciting new direct-to-consumer OTT platform is on the way, delivering world-class digital experiences to audiences. As part of this major launch, my clienjt partnering with a leading technology supplier to bring the vision to life.
We're looking for a Vendor & Contract Manager to own and drive supplier performance, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and on point with contractual commitments. This is a key role in a high-profile, large-scale technology implementation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Vendor Performance: Keep the strategic supplier on track with SLAs, KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
- Contract Management: Be the go-to for governance, scope, and change control - keeping everything documented and compliant.
- Commercial Oversight: Handle invoicing, milestone payments, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Governance & Reporting: Lead performance reviews, track risks, and report on progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Programme, Legal, Procurement, Tech, Finance, and Exec teams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Spot problems early and tackle them head-on.

- Strong grasp of commercial frameworks (fixed-price, milestone-based, T&M).
- Experience managing suppliers for OTT platforms or complex digital products.
- In-depth SLA/KPI knowledge and confidence to hold suppliers accountable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in change control, scope management, and dispute resolution.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident with reporting.
