Core Duties

• Carry out manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, core servicing, and mechanical repairs to franchise standards.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using official dealer diagnostic suites.
• Complete detailed multi-point vehicle health checks for customer peace of mind.
• Update electronic repair sheets and keep the service desk informed on parts and repair timelines.
• Partner with an approachable, high-performing workshop team to keep turnaround fast and standards high.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: No formal certs strictly required-proven time-served garage experience and tool confidence are what matter most.
• Experience: Strong background in general servicing, fast-turnaround prep, and diagnostic fault finding (franchise background helpful, but independent technicians are welcome).
• Skills: Solid mechanical troubleshooting abilities and adaptability across classic, hybrid, and electric setups.
• Attributes: Organized, dependable, and dedicated to right-first-time quality.
