Vehicle Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchised car dealership in Hersham, Surrey, for a skilled Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians seeking to advance their career within a well-established dealership committed to quality service and staff development.

• Basic salary of up to £40,000, with performance-related bonuses
• Paid overtime on one in three Saturdays, with an additional £25 per Saturday worked
• 22 days holiday plus your birthday off

• Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently using specialised diagnostic equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
• Support team colleagues and contribute to overall dealership performance
• Maintain high productivity levels, with targets exceeding 125%

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify faults accurately
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver high-quality work consistently
