Job Description
Our client, a well-established and reputable independent automotive service provider in Stourbridge, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy and expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a stable, well-supported role with no weekend work and competitive earning potential.
- Competitive basic salary up to £42,000, negotiable based on experience
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm; no weekends
- Standard holiday entitlement plus festive periods off

- Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
- Confidently handle mechanical tasks such as clutches, cambelts, and more advanced repairs
- Work independently and efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as required
- Maintain a safe and professional working environment
- Keep accurate records of work carried out and comply with health and safety regulations
- Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance or equivalent (Level 2 considered with substantial experience)
- Proven experience working as a competent Vehicle Technician
- Ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Valid driving licence and own tools
- Experience or training with premium brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, or Jaguar Land Rover (not essential)
- MOT licence and EV/hybrid specialist training (not essential)
