Vehicle Technician

This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work on specialist vehicle builds that genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out visual inspections before part installation
• Fit components using detailed manufacturing instructions
• Work across multiple assembly cells (variety guaranteed)
• Prepare vehicles by removing equipment and completing surface prep (grinding/sanding)
• Integrate new systems, equipment, and components onto military vehicles
• Assemble sub-components to tight production timelines
• Read and follow engineering drawings accurately

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or a related mechanical discipline (Level 2 considered with strong experience)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems
• Ability to interpret drawings and follow technical instructions
• Experience in automotive, HGV, PSV, plant, agricultural, or military vehicles
• Electrical or mechanical qualifications (desirable)
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
