Vehicle Technician - Hybrid/EV Ready, £10k Uncapped Bonus

Holt-Recruitment has a vacancy for a Vehicle Technician in High Wycombe. The role is a permanent, full-time position with a basic salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus a £10k uncapped bonus, and overtime at 1.5x.

Typical hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 with a 30-minute break and 25 days holiday. Requirements include IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and MOT tester qualifications, experience in a dealership or independent garage, and ideally hybrid/EV training.
