Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic - Premium Workshop (£35k-£45k Base Optional Saturday Overtime)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 guaranteed basic salary + Performance Bonuses & Optional Overtime

Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30) Saturdays Optional Overtime Only!

• Routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and multi-point health checks across diverse makes and models.
• Diagnostic fault-finding on complex electrical, mechanical, and engine management systems.
• Core mechanical repairs: timing belts/chains, clutches, brakes, suspension setups, and steering components.
• MOT preparation, failure repairs, and routine maintenance (Class 4 MOT testing if licensed).
• Air conditioning servicing, wheel alignment adjustments, and modern component replacements.
• Maintaining clean bay standards and accurate job documentation.

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent).
• Proven experience in an independent garage, fast-fit center, or dealership.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
