Salary: £40,000 basic salary (£45,000 realistic OTE with performance bonuses)

Location: Bexhill-on-Sea Area (Free secure staff parking)

Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00 with flexible extended lunch options) 1-in-3 Saturday Morning Rota

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle health checks to strict manufacturer guidelines.
• Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to locate, trace, and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Executing core mechanical repairs: timing belts/chains, clutches, brakes, suspension setups, and steering components.
• Working on modern alternative-fuel systems, including Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV), and fully Electric vehicles.
• Maintaining clean bay standards and right-first-time fix quality.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Proven hands on workshop experience in a main dealership or busy independent garage.
• Strong mechanical skills, logical diagnostic ability, and pride in clean workmanship.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
