Salary: £36,000 basic salary Realistic £40,000 OTE + Performance Bonus

Location: Worthing (Immaculate, state-of-the-art main dealer facility)

Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00) Saturdays (08:00 - 12:00) on a fair 1-in-3 rota

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing routine vehicle servicing, premium repairs, and safety health checks to elite manufacturer standards.
• Using modern diagnostic software to isolate, troubleshoot, and fix complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintaining high right-first-time quality while meeting fair, well-managed workshop efficiency targets.
• Working alongside factory-trained mentors and service advisors to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Keeping your personal bay environment safe, organized, and immaculate.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio).
• Proven hands-on technician experience in a professional workshop or main dealership environment.
• Confident with routine diagnostics, core mechanical overhauls, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
