About The Role
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs) working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest equipment and materials.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing panels ready for primer and paint
- Masking and sheeting vehicles to a high standard
- Carrying out panel preparation and minor repairs
- Applying primer and supporting the paint process
- Delivering right-first-time prep work to reconditioning standards
Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.
Package- Up to £37,000 basic salary
- Bonus up to 15%
- 15% pension contribution
- 45 hours per week
- 9-hour shifts between 06:30 - 18:00
- Shift patterns discussed at interview
About You
Minimum criteria:
- Panel / vehicle preparation experience
- Masking and sheeting experienc
- Primer experienc
- Accident repair experience
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
