The Role

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor Manager, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments in line with the latest repair methodologies. You'll also act as a key link between engineers, customers, colleagues, and technicians, ensuring effective communication and excellent service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate, first-time-right repair assessments.
Maintain expert knowledge of Audatex and develop/maintain strong working knowledge of E-Scribe .
Build a clear understanding of all insurer and customer contracts.
Record all actions and communications accurately in the company management system.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.
Skilled in using Audatex (and ideally E-Scribe).
Highly organised with excellent time management.
A strong communicator, able to work effectively with customers, insurers, and colleagues.
Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
