Vega Labs - Engineers and Generalists (graduates or 1-3 years early career experience)

At Vega, we are building technology to transform the alternative asset management industry. We have had strong traction so far, building the core operating system for the investor lifecycle. We have raised $28M in funding from Apollo, Motive Partners, Picus Capital, Citi Ventures, and 60+ angel investors from across the industry. We have big ambitions - tackling some of the most complex challenges faced by the world's largest alternative asset managers.

Our focus on execution speed and innovation sets us apart, which is why we are launching Vega Labs . We are looking to assemble a small team of problem-solvers and builders to operate as a 'mini start-up' within a bigger start-up to go after bold new bets, reporting directly to the founders. You will leverage the guidance of an experienced Vega Product Manager, the expertise of a seasoned Engineering team, and the freedom to build something truly transformative for private markets.

We are looking for two types of profiles:

Technical builders

• University graduates from a top university or 1-3 years' early career experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Hands-on engineering experience, particularly in an AI/ML related context

Non-technical problem-solvers

• 1-3 years' experience at a top investment bank or MBB consulting firm

Across both:

• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial drive
• Demonstrable interest in private markets
• Fast learners with a desire to build market-changing innovative products

Note: This role is in-person. We work Tuesday-Thursday from our offices in Marylebone, London.
