Veeva Vault Specialist

For one of our clients in Brussels (Anderlecht), we are currently looking for a freelance Veeva Vault Specialist.
The team is responsible for managing and supporting various Veeva Vault systems used for clinical development and quality management. The client is looking for someone to be involved in projects related to the Veeva Vault Clinical Development Cloud, including supporting change requests, major projects and data migration tasks.
What will you do?
• Providing technical design and guidance for Veeva Vault systems.
• Collaborating with project teams to support change requests and ongoing projects.
• Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring compliance with validation requirements.
• Configuring Veeva Vault systems and documenting configuration changes.
• Staying updated with the latest Veeva features and enhancements.
• Occasionally training team members on Veeva Vault systems.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent by experience.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault systems, especially in quality and regulatory domains.
• Certification in Veeva Vault platform administration would be a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with GXP systems and validation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs and web services.
• Ability to write and execute test scripts using tools like QALM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent in English.
