Job Title: Van Driver

Location: Bicester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Contract: Temporary / Ongoing (as required)

Pay Rate: £14.77 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and professional van driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles safely and efficiently while following daily schedules. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth and timely operations, maintaining accurate records of trips, and communicating effectively with the team and supervisors. Attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional attitude are essential. Full training and support will be provided for company systems and processes, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers or those looking to gain more experience in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving company vans responsibly and following all road safety regulations
• Completing daily routes and schedules accurately
• Maintaining records of trips and vehicle checks
• Reporting any issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to supervisors promptly
• Communicating effectively with the team and supporting operational processes
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required to support daily operations

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence (No more than 6 points)
• Proven experience driving vans or similar vehicles
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekdays
• Professional attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures accurately
