• The Maintenance Operative is an integral member of the team, responsible for completing all allocated maintenance tasks on-site and deliver excellent customer service to our residents,
• To provide an effective repairs and maintenance service across multiple blocks of apartments, with in the allocated cluster.
• To undertake void turnaround works as required
• Ensures the internal and external communal areas buildings - grounds and amenities - meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
• To support the Facilities Manager by completing building maintenance and plant room inspections requirements as directed.
