Job title: Cutteslowe Greenhouse Project Manager

Role summary: Cutteslowe Greenhouse is a community-led project to restore and reopen the greenhouse in Cutteslowe Park, turning it into a vibrant space for growing food, horticultural learning and community gathering. We're now looking for a practical, people-savvy Project Manager to help bring this vision to life. In the coming months, you'll play a pivotal role in getting us to opening - overseeing the many moving parts that will transform the greenhouse into a thriving community hub.

Job location: North Oxford, Cutteslowe Park and remote.

Hours: Part time, 16 hours per week (2 days)

Contract is: Fixed term 3rd Nov - 16th Jan, with potential to extend pending funding

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day progress of the project, keeping us on track to open on time.
• Act as the main point of contact for building contractors, suppliers and partners - scheduling work, managing timelines and keeping communication clear.
• Manage relationships and schedule meetings with the board and advisory groups - ensuring everyone stays informed, engaged and aligned.
• Track budgets, timelines and any risks, bringing solutions and clarity to the team.
• Help us foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive working culture that reflects the spirit of the project
