Lead Planning & Scheduling Practitioner Warton (Preston) Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) 12-Month Contract Inside IR35Hourly rate: £45.65 via PAYE or £61.57 via umbrella (Inside IR35) BPSS & SC Clearance (in progress) We're hiring a Lead Planner/Scheduler to support major infrastructure programmes at BAE Systems.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Develop construction schedules across multiple projects
• Deliver monthly reporting & performance analysis
• Support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Work closely with stakeholders across project teams
• Mentor junior planners

Requirements

• Strong planning & scheduling experience (Primavera, Asta, or similar)
• Knowledge of project controls & risk analysis
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement & reporting skills

Defence or regulated environment experience is a plus.
