Skills:

• Must have - experience with SaaS platforms, ideally Salesforce
• Experience in UX and UI (or product) design
• Strong storytelling skills with an ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with creating user journey maps or E2E diagrams is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Must have - Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with GDS
• Nice to have - AI experience
