UX Researcher

Senior UX Researcher - AI Product Development- North Holland

For our international client based in North Holland, RED is currently looking for a Senior User Researcher to support the development of an AI tool for Transaction Services (TS).

The position is based in North Holland and follows a hybrid work model (2 days in office and rest remote)

Desired skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in User Research roles within tech teams, with a majority in strategic research.
• Strong experience in discovery research for early-stage product development.
• Experience working with data scientists and validating AI-generated insights.
• Ability to work independently, produce high-quality actionable insights, and coach teams in structured, user-centered problem validation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bring difficult stakeholders on board.
