Functions

• Identifying possible improvements to optimize customer journeys
• Funnel analysis, reporting and definition of key metrics to make data driven decisions (e.g. conversion rates, drop-off)
• Understanding and tracking of business related KPIs
• Collaboration with UX, UI, Design and FE teams
• Proposal and implementation of pilots, A/B tests and surveys
• Deep analysis of user behaviour (funnels, recordings, heatmaps, etc.)
• Investigation and notification of incidents, errors and bugs to IT and/or Business
• Partner with internal teams (Business) to maintain best practice, carry out necessary analysis and explain requirements in simple, clear tickets
• Clear presentation of expected user behaviour, current behaviour and acceptance criteria
• Opening and refinement of Jira tickets
• Support & follow up new features, products launches and fixes to ensure coherence and transparency for the user
• Search for workarounds, quick wins and alternatives to reduce time to market and development resources needed
• Define and carry out rigorous user testing for new features
• Gaining a working knowledge of the sector, competitors and third-party providers
• and agree on viability of initiatives. New solutions
• Collaborate with BA team to define targets and new reports when necessary

Experience and Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or any other relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with exposure to product management, Design, IT and Marketing
• Strong working knowledge of tracking, UX tools, AB tests and Product Management software such as Figma, SmartLook, Jira, Mixpanel
• Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel etc)
• Proven capabilities in project management and user-testing
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the consumer finance market and understanding of basic business objectives and concepts
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Mobile App store reviews and releases.
