Job Description
UX Designer Amsterdam, Rotterdam As an UX/Interaction designer you lay the foundation for industry-leading digital experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges and love to create digital products that look and feel just right. You understand how great digital experience fits within the technical boundaries of brands and you're not afraid to challenge them. You're able to fluently switch between low and high fidelity design thinking and making. And you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with what we think are the best people the industry has to offer. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO: 
- Apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities
- Translate strategy and insights into well thought-through journeys, flows and wireframes
- Participate in discovery sessions and apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities
- Substantiating your design choices with annotations, specifications and animations
- Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback
- Working back-to-back with visual designers on the final product and delivery
- Taking responsibility for the highest quality of final delivery and implementation
- Support less experienced designers on your projects
- 3-6 years of experience as UX designer at an agency or brand
- A completed bachelor- or masters degree in a relevant field
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion
- Demonstrable experience with diverse projects for large brands
- Experience with designing websites, apps and digital products
- You speak and write English and Dutch at a professional level (C1)
- A strong appreciation for aesthetics
- Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must
- Experience with apps and/or e-commerce is a plus
