About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced UX Designer who can work with domain experts to design thoughtful workflows for carbon accounting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product, engineering and domain experts to lead the experience design. The ideal candidate would be a hands-on UX designer who understands service design, is proficient in translating offline processes into digital user journeys, and works best in a collaborative co-creation environment with multiple stakeholders.

This position reports to the Head of Product.

The role is primarily in-person in our London HQ (near London Bridge). A hybrid working setup, e.g. 1-2 days per week remote, is possible, but we do place an emphasis on in-person interactions & collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivating a solid understanding of the business domain and processes, capturing user goals, needs and expectations and translating these into personas, process flows, and user journeys

Driving experience design activities to detail user interfaces and task flows through wireframing, prototyping and design thinking workshops

Designing implementation-ready screens for product features and supporting the agile product development lifecycle

You have:

4+ years of design experience in a product team as a mid or senior level operator

Experience in service design and user journey mapping

Experience in prototyping and validating solutions
