US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality service, overseeing compliance standards, and ensuring risk is effectively managed.
• Plan, delegate, and review work to meet deadlines, conduct complex final reviews, and sign off tax returns in line with senior agreements.
• Lead billing and collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
• Coach and develop junior staff, support performance management with HR where needed, and collaborate across teams while upholding professional standards and organisational values.

As a US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager you will be/have:

• CTA qualified
• Over 7 years' Expatriate/Global Mobility Tax experience
• Managing an extensive and varied portfolio of expatriate clients, in charge of the delivery of compliance and advisory
• Experience overseeing and reviewing compliance work
• Working on and identifying tax projects
• Staff management skills
