You will be required to:
Plan and deliver user research across the full service life cycle, selecting the right methods at the right time
Turn research insights into clear, compelling outputs that influence service design, policy, and propositions
Champion user-centred design and help teams embed it into agile ways of working
Advocate for inclusive and accessible services by researching diverse user groups
Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including policy, product, delivery, operations, and design
Use evidence to influence senior stakeholders and demonstrate the value of a user-centred approach
Ensure ethical research standards that protect the wellbeing of participants and researchers
Contribute to service strategies and transformation roadmaps across the organisation
