Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve agreed sales targets for used vehicles.
2. Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations to foster loyalty and referrals.
3. Maintain accurate records of all customer contact details.
4. Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolution to meet customer and company standards.
5. Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers regarding vehicle sales.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.

Your Background & Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive; motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential.
2. Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent selling and negotiating abilities.
