Dals is currently recruiting interpreters who speak Urdu to support healthcare, legal, education, and public sector services across Essex.
Use your language skills alongside English to help people access essential services while enjoying the flexibility of freelance work.

What Does "Freelance" Mean?As a freelance interpreter, you are self-employed and in control of:
- Your working hours
- The assignments you accept
- How far you travel
As a Face-to-Face Interpreter, you will:
- Interpret conversations between English speakers and speakers of your language(s)
- Support appointments in healthcare, education, legal, housing, and social care settings
- Help people access essential services and information
- Facilitate clear, accurate, and confidential communication
- Manage your assignments and availability through our interpreter platform
- Complete flexibility - work when you want
- Accept as many or as few assignments as you choose
