What You'll Be Doing

• Leading "Guided Reading" groups and supporting core subjects like Maths and English.
• Managing classroom resources and assisting with the display of high-quality student work.
• Supervising students during break times and fostering positive social interactions.
• Supporting the Class Teacher with administrative tasks and lesson preparation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• A degree-level education or a Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with children aged 9-11.
• Experience in a primary school setting, specifically within Key Stage 2.
• A proactive attitude toward your own education and training and professional development.
