Upcoming operator 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen For the Scent department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (both powders and liquids) that form the basis of IFF's high-quality products.

Your Responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

Working Hours 5-Shift System

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €20.29 (excluding allowances);
• 30% shift allowance on all hours worked;
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th month;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• Long-term opportunity for a permanent contract at IFF.

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum level B1);
• Experience in production, logistics, or another practical work environment;
• Accurate and detail-oriented;
• Willingness to work in a shift system;
• No objection to working with fragrances or chemical substances;
• Physically fit and able to work well in a team environment.
