Upcoming operator 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics. As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials that form the basis of IFF's high-quality products.

Your Responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

Working Hours 3-Shift System

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,04
• 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked plus an ADV allowance
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th month
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• Long-term opportunity for a permanent contract at IFF

Functie-eisen

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• MBO level 4 work and thinking ability
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
• Physically fit; lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you
