Wat je gaat doen

As an operator 3 shifts, you will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality products at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). Working with a mobile weighing station, you'll ensure raw materials are accurately measured and processed according to recipes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, scent-filled environment. With a structured training program and supportive team, you'll quickly become proficient in IFF's processes and contribute to creating innovative flavors and fragrances.

What You Will Do:

• Weigh and collect: raw materials (up to 30 per batch) with accuracy and care.
• Follow: recipes and production instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
• Mix and prepare: products according to specified guidelines and standards.
• Monitor: machines to ensure smooth operation and address any issues promptly.

Work: in a 3-shift system (07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 07:00) to support continuous production. Wat we je bieden

• Salary: €3,600-€3,650/month (40 hours, including allowance).
• Contract: Temporary with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week in 3 shifts.
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance.
• 13 ADV days or 13th-month bonus in a flexbudget
• €0.23/km travel allowance + free parking.
• Structured training programs for skill development.
