Location: Bristol, BS9 1DE
Salary: £16.40 - £18.97 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week - flexibility required

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24/7 delivery of high quality care to residents.
• Visible leader in the home driving the operation and growth of a 24 hour business with continual focus on people, customers and results.
• Ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission and values.
• Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
• Effective management of all staff costs, associated budgets and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or above within Care.
• Experience of effective team management.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and organise workload appropriately.
• Experience of IT systems, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
