Job Title: Unique Senior Family Role - Head of Office

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £75,000-£85,000+ DOE

PQE Level: 6+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

A well established and forward thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (6+ PQE) to spearhead the launch and development of a new office in Kent. This is a rare opportunity for a senior practitioner ready to step into a leadership role with genuine autonomy.

You'll lead on a high quality caseload of privately funded family matters - including divorce, finances, cohabitation, nuptial agreements and complex children issues - while shaping the direction, culture and growth of the new location. Supported by a strong central team, you will have the freedom to build a local presence, recruit, and drive the practice forward.
