Our SAP practice covers more than 26,000 professionals across 150+ countries, investing heavily in S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, Concur, GTS, SCP, Analytics, and other new SAP solutions.

The Team and the opportunity

Our SAP practice is experiencing exciting growth. In this role, you will work as a key member of the SAP team, focused on delivering SAP services for large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA, with a secondary focus on practice development and coaching.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops to understand and gather the client's industry and business requirements
• Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on engagements
• Customize SAP GTS functionalities to meet specific client needs, including compliance checks, embargo checks, customs declarations, etc.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Global Trade Services, considering best practices and industry standards
• Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Global Trade Services architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
• Produce key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, etc.
• Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, and develop other members of the SAP team
• Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services implementations, including at least 3 years in a consulting role with a proven track record of successful deployments and ongoing support
• Experience with or demonstrable understanding of S/4HANA GTS best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
• In depth knowledge of SAP GTS processes, including configuration with other third party systems such as warehouse systems and/or custom authorities
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
• Ability to build and leverage relationships with senior level clients

Ideally, you'll also have:

Relevant SAP certifications in GTS or related modules.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP GTS solutions.
