Your key responsibilities

Within the team, you'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary and high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive experience helping organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution in one or more of the following areas:

Market / Client Centricity

• Build and manage client relationships across sectors
• Identify client challenges and develop solution approaches aligned to Salesforce capabilities
• Create functional capability maps, delivery plans, and commercial models
• Expand stakeholder networks across client, EY, and Salesforce ecosystems
• Lead or support proposal development, including scoping, shaping, and sizing engagements

Functional Analysis & Design

• Provide functional leadership across business domains (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Provide functional expertise in one or more target sectors e.g. Life Sciences/Pharma, Insurance, Technology, Telecoms.
• Analyse current and future-state processes and define requirements using best practices
• Functionally design solutions that maximise use of Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities
• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and validation sessions
• Ensure solutions align to business objectives and future scalability
• Share knowledge and develop team capability
• Mentor team members and support their growth
• Contribute to building a high-performing Salesforce consulting practice

Skills and attributes for success Required

• 7-15 years' consulting experience with Salesforce and digital transformation
• Strong Salesforce functional expertise across core platform and ecosystem
• Minimum two Salesforce certifications
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and ISV solutions
• Ability to clearly articulate technology value to business stakeholders
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
• High attention to detail and qualityAbility to prioritise and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint or equivalent)
• Project and delivery management experience
• Industry experience (Pharma, Life Sciences, Financial Services)
• Regulatory / solution assurance experience
• Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds
• Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Ability to drive change and manage stakeholders effectively
• Strong organisational leadership and influencing skills
