Position Overview

The Automation Test Manager will lead testing efforts within the Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering team at EY, specializing in data transformation and testing services across a variety of industries, primarily within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing initiatives for projects ranging from requirements-based testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and acceptance testing.
• Apply agile QA and testing practices to enable faster time to market and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Drive automation and continuous testing across functional, technical, API, micro services, mobile, performance, and ETL testing.
• Support and strengthen client relationships by providing testing expertise and delivering high quality outcomes.
• Collab orate with cross functional teams to shape the culture of innovation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more focus industries including Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Tech & Media, Advanced Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
• Structured problem solving approach and a self starter who can work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to research and learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly.
