What You'll Do

As a Junior Support Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Support Managers and technical teams to ensure client projects run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating ongoing support for digital products and services
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
• Responding to client enquiries and helping manage expectations
• Building positive relationships with clients
• Providing regular project updates and support reports
• Assisting with project planning and coordination across teams
• Working closely with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate support documentation and activity logs
• Monitoring support performance and contributing to reporting
• Identifying potential issues early and helping resolve them before they become larger problems

Essential Requirements

• Experience in customer support, account management, operations, project support, or similar client-facing roles
• Internship, placement, or junior-level experience will also be considered

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills
• Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Basecamp, Zendesk, or similar project management software
