UK Regulated Operations Leader

Kraken, the UK arm of Payward, seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to run day-to-day operations, EMI activities, and regulatory readiness as the UK markets mature. You will own governance, risk, and growth initiatives, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and the UK CEO to drive authorisation and scale.
