UK Payroll Manager - Hybrid, Pension & Share Options

Autotrader is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our end-to-end payroll for 1,200+ colleagues across four entities. You will own the monthly UK payroll, manage the HiBob relationship, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with UK tax, pension, and GDPR.

This role offers hybrid working and flexibility between 37.5 hours and a 30-hour week, with a salary of £52,500-£62,500 plus a 10% annual share award.
